She is a serial entrepreneur, designer, and advisor to early stage companies. She has raised capital, founded both successful and failed startups, and consulted to large enterprise. Prior to starting LUXr, Janice was a founding partner of Adaptive Path and served as the company's first CEO.

    Bernard Moon is a Co-founder & Managing Partner at SparkLabs Global Ventures. He is also a co-founder & Partner at SparkLabs, a startup accelerator in Korea. Previously, he was Co-founder & CEO of Vidquik, a web conferencing & sales solutions platform. Bernard was a Managing Director at the Lunsford Group, which is a private investment firm with holdings in real estate, healthcare and other industries. Bernard was Co-founder & VP of Business Development of GoingOn Networks, a social media platform for companies, and also led their product development where BusinessWeek recognized them in their "Best of the Web" list. Previously, Bernard was a Director at iRG, a leading boutique investment bank in Asia, where he focused on TMT companies.

    Patrick is a Managing Director of Naxuri Capital, a venture fund investing in fashion and fashion-technology start-ups. Patrick was the co-founding Managing Director of SK telecom ventures, the $100m venture arm of Korea’s leading mobile carrier based in Palo Alto, CA. Patrick started his career as a corporate attorney in 1997 at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a law firm specializing in representing high tech companies. Between two stints at WSGR, Patrick worked in Seoul, Korea at Kim & Chang, where he advised Fortune 500 companies doing business in Korea. Prior to Kim & Chang, Patrick was Director of Business Development at Dialpad Communications (acquired by Yahoo), where he was responsible for technology licensing and distribution of Dialpad’s products. Patrick holds a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to mySimon.com, Michael held positions at Xerox Corp., Intergraph Corporation, and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd in engineering, marketing and management positions.

    Donald has a wealth of executive-level experience with both private and publicly traded companies and most recently served as the CEO of Aerielle Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Financial Group (NYSE – AFG), a leading designer and manufacturer of patented FM transceiver systems for the consumer electronics market. He maintained and expanded Aerielle’s more than 24 issued patents and another 28 patents in various stages of prosecution. He successfully managed the litigation of several patent infringement cases where the company recovered judgments in the low eight figures. Prior to joining Aerielle, Donald served as the CEO of Wintec Industries. Wintec Industries, an $800 million memory module manufacturer is the premier source for custom memory solutions, supply-chain management, contract manufacturing, and embedded systems. In his 30+ years of management experience, Donald has been CEO of several companies, including IntelligenTek, DTC Data Technologies, Whitestone Industries, QSound Electronics, Catalina Toys, and US Games. Donald also served on the advisory board of NASA's Ames Technology Commercialization Center (ATCC).
